Social networking in Brookline with http://yourbrookline.org
According to its founders:
YourBrookline.org is a social networking website dedicated to building social capital and increasing civic engagement in our community.yourbrookline.org does seem like a very promising site for building community in Brookline. I just added an event to their calendar.
This community-building tool was initiated by Brookline Community Foundation and Social Capital Inc. to develop a site to connect people to people; people to resources & opportunities, people to groups & organizations; and people to ways to get involved in their community.
Yourbrookline.org provides a virtual town square, a central clearinghouse of community activities, a place to share and publicize your work in the community.

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, for the uninitiated. You pay the farmer up front for a whole summer of fresh vegetables.
New Blog: Coolidge Cornered
When I've searched Google or Twitter for "Coolidge Corner" I tend to find interesting tidbits, so I created this blog and associated Twitter account ("coolcorn" was unsurprisingly available when "coolidgecornered" exceeded the character limit) to contribute to the conversation. I'll probably cover surrounding neighborhoods a bit as well.
